  1990
  › Supporter France founded by Philippe Gaillard and Francois Lambert (current directors). The company is a pioneer in enterprise technical support.

  1993
  › Supporter opens a call center in Bordeaux.

  1999
  › Supporter opens a call center in Lyon.

  2000
  › Supporter opens a subsidiary and call center in Madrid.

  2001
  Neocase Software becomes a subsidiary. Supporter secures financing from Caisse des Dépôts.

  2002
  › Supporter announces its plans to boost mass market help desk and after-sales service offerings at MedPi.
› Supporter opens a subsidiary in New York to staff a help desk project for a large French multinational client.
› Ofivalmo participates in financing and becomes an investor.

  2003
  › Supporter consolidates its position in the client relations market with the acquisition of Euro-interactive.
› Supporter becomes a founding member of ITSMF, an industry association dedicated to the promotion of ITIL.

  2004
  › Supporter establishes its Service Center network to provide clients with on-site services in their home or office.

  2005
  › Supporter partners with IP Globalnet to create its Global Support program.

  2006
  › Supporter opens a call center in Tunis.
› Supporter is recognized by the French government as an official partner for its Internet Accompagné program.
